In a country where there's no rule of law and breakdown of all institutions like Uganda, on percentage 98% of all imprisoned people are not criminals but they were framed with falsehood accusations against them especially on political grounds and the criminals are the one's in public offices due to their atrocities against humanity.

I was in my S.6 when they brought prisoners to work on our school site, there were renovations being made and needed hard labour so they could use prisoners and pay the wardens, its by this time when i connected to a prison warden and he could advise me on academic issues, he once told me that "A prison is for men" i was like how,? A prison is for criminals and wrong doers, he smiled and said "young boy, u will come to understand once u go and face the world, the world is full of Evil, bad minded people, hypocrites, Greedy, so they can fake, do bad to satisfy their personal interests, they have power, authority and money, so they accuse the innocent wrongly to cover themselves. Not everyone in prison is guilty.

Yes, I believe not all prisoners are criminals.this is because the police first takes you as a suspect up to when you are proven guilty by Court's of law.

Actually there those who are innocent, but because of people who are after worldly treasures decide to grab there things and make them to be in prison.
Only God is the one to save those because He knows the truth.
