The retirement age law discriminates.

1In uganda the retirement age for civil servants is 65 years of age. But my question is the President and his deputies not civil servants? We see them running out of age but protecting themselves from retiring. If some one at 80 can serve why do they considere their Juniors to be incompetent at just 65.
How do you vote?
The law itself doesn't discriminate but those in power are the one who are discriminatory due to their selfish interests. Take an example to the governor bank of Uganda, former vice president and the defeated dictator himself and many other are not thinking of retiring unless they being forced by the circumstances. Even those who have retired at that age, their benefit are not given to them which implies that it was inacted to serve the agendas of the dictator's family.

This a sign of injustice hypocrisy and selfishness.
I think it's the people in those big positions who are supposed to retire at the age of 65 because those positions needs fresh minds since the president is the head of the country .
When children grows up they leave home not to burden their old father .
When it comes to politics the president must rest period.
