It depends on one's culture because different cultures dress up differently but children learns according to how their parents behaves, parents should be exemplary to their children before the public because they way parents appear to the public sends a clear signal on how children should appear to the public.

People dress up according to the culture but these days of 21st generation, they have copped the western culture, i would love my daughter or son to put on decently, remember they reflect their parents and what they are taught both at school and at home.

If we all respect our cultures it will attract others to come and adopt but the bad thing is that we just copy anyhowly. You find some one putting on any howly without even thinking of the place where he or she is going to.

How would you like your child to dress up in public?

I come from the Easter part of the African continent. Here we consider indecent dressing as an obscene action. We the parents raise up our children dressing up with this attire:
A girl puts on a dress that goes below her knees not revealing her armpits, waistline, buttocks, thighs, breasts or back. It must not be transparent and should fit well
A boy puts on a well fitting shirt not showing armpits or chest, trouser or shorts going to the knees or below, fitting well and not showing buttocks, not hanging loose in balance and not in shreds

How do you vote?
