9In Africa it takes you a number of years to complete education. Your parents paid alot of money for your education, but it was like playing a rotary because they never knew what you will be.At schools you were not taught how to make money yet you paid money. After school you start searching for jobs and you don't know where they are. Imagine if your parents invested your school dues for your future and they make sure you only study the essential subjects. How far will you be now?

It's shouldn't be a scam but since it was designed by colonialists to serve their interests of producing labourers who would work in their industries and farms . After the so called independence, African countries had to redesign the education system that meets with the challenges in their societies.

Imagine studying for 18 years and you can't do anything at all it's a great disappointment to our parents. The only thing we can do better is house work yet we spend most of the time at school with teachers!
I think it would have been better for the schools to encourage their students put more emphasis on specific subjects that achild could need for their careers not 20 subjects plus westing time and tiring the children's minds for no good reason.
