It's such a big disappointment in the Uganda government ,tax after tax after tax they are no longer ashamed of themselves. It's like they are provoking Ugandans to demonstrate and they kill them. Maybe their hands are itchy they are looking for people to shoot.
If they want to stop people from affording internet I think taxation is not the solution we rather quite lunch and stay online. Its better they plan something else.

I also think so that its can be better to atleast try to first teach people about the merits of paying tax and make the use of tax collected from people in a better way than using tax payers money to full fill few government officials well being so that may also attract the people to pay tax willingly wen they get better services from the government of uganda thnx and thats ma view.
