Oh, what a good news! That's really good achievement if that can happen to those violent people it means next time they will not repeat it having known that no one is above the law,they had became too much on Ugandans because they knew nothing will happen on them am so pleased for that.
Nothing is painful like torturing innocent person and those In charge act like its normal heartless people.
