Absolutely true; the government is responsible for encouraging people to produce more quality products through supporting them financially but the government of Uganda is just discouraging people through imposing heavy taxes from them!
If the government support the local farms Uganda currency can't stay the same and it's the main solution.

It is true if we support our own produced in the country "but" the bad thing we have we as the producers we have done more harm by producing fake products, thats why people invest in imported good than ours here.
