Ugandans are first world though living in 3rd world world with outdated illegitimate leaders. It's very easy for Ugandans to learn and understand the digital migration very well but what makes it's difficult is those in leadership positions who can't grasp to the new dynamics of the world including digital currencies.

Indeed the government still has a big role to sensitise the people mostly those in rural areas of how to deal with digital technology.
Actually we who have got to know more about this digital modernization it's also our role to inform our people in the villages of how it works and all the advantages it has come along with in order to share the success world wide.

In urban areas atleast people get information in time and they adopt the trend but the rural areas where a few people know how to read and write and many of them have no mobile phones. So without any sensitisation about the digitisation of money how do you think these people will cope up with the trend. Many of them they only hear about banks but dont know its use.even the network is very poor in some of these areas. So i think government has a big task to prepare the people before Uganda goes cashless.

How do you vote?
