For sure talents in Uganda are less concerned by the government in that the talented people are not motivated and they get little or not support from the government accept they have won a medal that's when they are recognised.

It's true that the Ugandan government doesn't support talent because the stadiums in Uganda are few and the ministry of Sports is not so active to push Uganda's talents .

Sports is not one of the priorities of Ugandan government. Very many young men and women are talented but the are not promoted and remember if such people are thought of we all benefit as a nation.

Talents in Uganda under the current regime has not been supported since they came to power. It's only in Uganda where by a person struggle on his/her own to make it to the world stage and only appreciated after their triumph. There's no sports academies in Uganda to support talented people thus making them under developed.
