6Most African countries bigger budgets percentages are donor monies. Almost 50 percent of the budget.
My question is that really are these donations or loans that will be pain by generations and generations.
Does that money real help the nationals or it's also wasted in a wreckless manner?

Donations, grants and loans are traps that entangled African countries under the influence of Western countries and under neo - colonialism and those huge funds are wasted by African dictators while repatriating that funds into proxy investments into those countries where those funds come from and it will take a century for most African countries to repay those funds which doesn't help African people.

Exactly,that cause poverty in African countries, They have resources but ,they can't utilities it.

Hungry of money and Education also a contributing factors, Greedy and self empowered ,to politicians and leaders,
They donors because all they do is hire people from foreign countries to do everything from them,They send their resources to be manufactured else where and They can't courage people to take Education seriously .
I agree with this, African countries a money doners because everything to do with them to be done within foreigner country which coast too much of their money
